Hi,
I own an FSA powerbox alloy for 3 years now, it is working flawlessly but lately i have become a bit of a weight weenie so I think that crankset is an area where i could save a lot of weight (powerbox with 52/36 chainrings is 1010g).
So does anyone know if i could just get a carbon FSA k-Force light crankset and just transfer poerbox spider+chainrings on them?
I will attach photo of FSA k-force crankset and powerbox below.
Best regards

I asked this question to Power2Max, because the powerbox is an NGeco of power2max but with 110ABS. They said replied "mechanical interface is the same" so it should work but havent tried this myself.
Im trying to find a good deal on K-force ligth or SL-K cranks.
EDIT: youll need a special tool to be able to replace the spider "FSA lockring tool"

I can only find pictures of this particular K-Force Light crank at the same site that you did, and a few on German Ebay. Since I can't find it in any FSA catalog from the last five years, I suspect they might actually be cannibalized Power2Max K-Force crank arms.roadracer98 wrote: ↑Tue May 18, 2021 8:08 pmHi,

I, too, am interested in adding lightness to my PowerBox. It would be nice if more companies (other than FSA and Absolute Black) offered ABS chainrings.

I have several K-Force cranksets that had NGeco potentiometers mounted. I was "researching" I even asked in that forum, and I have not found anything compatible (spider for chainrings or other potentiometers) with the crank interface.............only the P2Max specs for those FSA cranks, not even spider for plates without potentiometer...........roadracer98 wrote: ↑Tue May 18, 2021 8:08 pmHi,

Yeah, P2M told me that the current modular cranks are different interfaces, but the cranks in these pictures are almost certainly the same interface, assuming that the second one I posted detaches from the spider like the first one.Ritxis wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 8:32 amnot supported, different interface.....the link cranks carry the "Modular" interface is incompatibleAggressiveBears wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 5:55 amhttps://www.bikeinn.com/bike/fsa-sl-k-l ... 36016635/p here is another crank set that looks like it would be compatible but I can only find one picture of on the entire internet
https://bikerumor.com/fsa-adds-wider-mo ... x-options/ I think you'll need to look at the spider interface.

OK, so apparently what P2M told Koev is wrong, which seems to confirm what FSA just told me (you need PowerBox-specific arms).jfranci3 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 5:54 pmhttps://bikerumor.com/fsa-adds-wider-mo ... x-options/ I think you'll need to look at the spider interface.
