Not sure about 36. If you count the upper left quarter it shows 11, which would make it 44 total..pedalstriker wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 8:07 pmWhile a next generation Checkpoint is exciting in it's own right, it would appear as though Quinn was running a Force 10-36 cassette in the back. The previous thumbnail of what appeared to be new new XPLR drivetrain had a larger black cog and a chrome nickel finish for the remaining 11 gears. I could be totally wrong here, but thought it worth pointing out that that those two photos don't match. Hopefully the wait to the release isn't much longer!

Well Sram does make the medium cage Red AXS derailleur currently with only the heavier Force 10-36 cassette available. So it is possible they will inly be making Force and Rival Xplr cassettes. It would be stupid though, if I am going to spend a premium on the Red Xplr then I want the option to buy the lighter more expensive Red Xplr cassetteRDY wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 8:44 pmNot sure. But I think there's pretty much no way they do a Red XPLR RD and don't do Red cassettes (probably only one at launch) to match. Weight and performance difference is much larger with the Red cassette.pedalstriker wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 8:07 pmWhile a next generation Checkpoint is exciting in it's own right, it would appear as though Quinn was running a Force 10-36 cassette in the back. I’ve been monitoring and haven’t seen anything new. Ghost links have been the closest thing.

We really need to kill off the Front Derailleur lol.. But in all seriousness.. I want in.. 10-50 is to big and 10-36 inst enough for my legs on long climbs.. so 10-44 is just right lol.. actually 9-42, would be perfect for me

It's good gearing, eKar but with 1 less cog and the added expense of AXS.
Given the Red XPLR RD has been seen the wild already I would imagine this will arrive in time for what used to be called the cross season

August 10th it seems
The page has/had an image of the Cube Nuroad C:62 SLT gravel bike, with the cassette and the rear derailleur blacked out. In the component list the description for those parts contained the comment "the embargo ends on 10.8.".
Nope, infos are blurred on the cassette and RD (pictures as well as description). Most interesting is pricing. Last years version was a Force Mullet AXS built for 4.050€. 3.600€ for the XPLR seems to be off. Would be incredibly cheap for that built (carbon wheels etc.).andrewbn42 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 11:40 amThe page seems to be down now. Rumors say the Cube will be revealed only with Rival XPLR.henau212 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 03, 2021 12:04 pmNope, infos are blurred on the cassette and RD (pictures as well as description).
