App that helps you plan flat routes on map?
Moderator: robbosmans
Say I want to plan a 200 mile ride, something crazy, but didn't know the area, how would you plan the flattest route apart from trial and error on ridewithgps or Google Maps?
Anything out there that helps with this? Google Maps seems good at Point A to B but something visual like colour graded roads would be amazing I think for more complex route planning.

Strava premium route generation, the reason I pay for strava. Great routes and extremely handy when in a new area.

Look at the Strava heat map. It’s useful to know what’s popular
