Camelback Podiums for me in the Texas heat; certainly make a huge difference already this Spring and we have only had a few days in the 90s(30*C +) so far.

Ditto - we have both old and new style Podium ICE bottles and they keep fluid cold for several hours, and the new style ICE bottles seem to keep things cooler a tad longer. The one drawback - and this may be due to me getting older and more feable - , but feeling is that the thinner profile of the new bottle couples with the new easy clean caps, does seem to make it a tad harder when squeezing the botle to get a good gulp of fluid.scottydonald wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 1:53 pmCamelback Podiums for me in the Texas heat; certainly make a huge difference already this Spring and we have only had a few days in the 90s(30*C +) so far.

Another vote for Abloc bottles. I also found that insulated bottles only work for a limited amount of time, and ultimately, I don't really care if my fluids are ice cold.
Abloc's bottle taper always easily finds its way into my cages, they're super squeezable, don't leak, are short enough that they don't bang the bottom of my top tube every time I take them out, and don't have any obnoxious logos that end up looking like crap after a few washes and entries into/exits from my carbon cages.

How much liquid do those insulated camelbak bottles hold (in millilitres)?
When I tried insulated bottles many years ago, they had very limited water storage (which is not what you want on the hottest days ).

Me too, they don't leak, are easy to clean, and I haven't found a bottle cage yet where they cause issues.
