amazing looking bike ! 7.29 is great ! i switched to full titanium screws today + speed play = 7.72kg

if I can change the rear cassette + crank + chainwheel + full carbon saddle based on what has been suggested above I should be able to go to 7.3kg

Dulight full Ti SPs are 137-139g...

Bleko - cheers. The seatpost is the Darimo T1 Loop for Tarmac SL6. Comfort was much better than expected and it at 115g for the 450mm one.

Dear All,

I am riding the Roubaix 2020 for already 2 months. Coming from a Scott Foil that I rode for 3 years, I just love it, it's night and day. Extremely comfortable in all situations - quick - responsive. Anyway, the purpose of my post is of course about weight

When I bought it it was 8.3KG and now 7.85kg i'd like to reach 7.4kg with this bike. If you ask me why, I will be honest, just for the fun of for now, i like to tweak things.

For now, I replaced most of the screws with titanium one / carbon cockpit/carbon ronin Evo pro saddle + durace rotors (160 front / 140 back) + light inner tubes (might go tubeless soon).

I think now the biggest improvement I could get would be by replacing the crankset / chain wheel + rear cassette. I do not want to change the groupset since I didn't buy the higher-end model of this bike because I didn't want a SRAM groupset (didn't like the individual battery system - wireless). Maybe also change the bottom bracket? For rotors was looking at carbon-ti one but with the adapter + screws would be like the durace.

I run 11-34 on the rear and 50-34 on the front (standard ultegra di2 setup).

Would you have any suggestion for a light chain wheel/crankset (carbon) and lighter option for the rear cassette? i guess I could save up 350/400 grams going that way...

Not sure if I missed it - in terms of 11-34 cassettes I think there are 2 main options:
- ZTTO, not expensive, larger cogs are aluminum. Mine weighed about 220 grams. Coming from 11-32 Red, shifting is fine.

- I think Sroad has a full steel 11-34 cassette with a weight similar to ZTTO; it's more expensive, but still not bad (similar price to Ultegra). I would if opted for this if I would have known before getting the ZTTO.

This seems an awesome upgrade. Was it more comfortable than the Pave one ?

No, not more comfortable. However, the Pavé is very comfortable, so the Darimo Loop not being a lot harsher is actually quite a complement to it!
