Speaking of people who are huge Time fans, what's going on with KGT? Haven't seen a post from him in a very long time.

Great to hear! Seeing a Time thread without your posts seemed impossible!

Anyone purchased a frame from Time direct since the online shop went live late last year? I'm in the UK and ordered a frame on Friday last week (so 7 days ago), and I haven't had any update beyond "order placed" yet. On ordering it said to expect anywhere from 6-18 days, so I'm not exactly worried but just wondered if this is similar to anyone else's experience?

www.timebicycles.com You can order
your choice of TIME frameset & "SWAG ".

They will ship directly if you don't have a specific bike shop that sells TIME.

Bikes are shipped by DHL and nominal shipping fee covers duty / taxes and is insured

it looks like the table interchanged 1 (virtual top tube) with 3 (virtual seat tube). Otherwise, those are super strange geometries.

ALPE D'HUEZ 01 and SCYLON (come with) proprietary seat post, which appears to be zero setback. STA, which are slacker than on some frames, apparently are designed to go with zero setback. But if you need setback, you're out of luck? Or is there some not well-advertised setback seat post option?

ALPE D'HUEZ 21 has 27.2 seat post size, so I presume could accommodate any 27.2 seat post, including those having setback.

Comments? Corrections?

Yes, but only if you're in the UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

Still no online order options for the rest of the world or I'd have a new Alpe d'Huez 01 already.

There's a brief discussion of this on page 5. Ad'H 21 can take any other standard round seat post yes.

So, what’s the future with Time bikes?
We’ll be launching our first gravel bike this spring

we need to get Time back in the Tour de France. Time deserves to be there, and I think we’re going to make it happen.
Yes, but it means the price will go up to make up for the sponsorship. No I don't want to pay for it by buying a Time bicycle.

Sounds like a vanity project if they're pushing a builder of Time's now minute size to get into the pro Peloton and TdF again. You're going to have to commit a load of cash to be the bike sponsor for any even half decent team. Plus it probably ends up in a Campag like situation where a big % of high end groupset product goes to sponsored teams and not buyers.

If as they claim they are selling out production with basically no visible sponsorships, why do this?

So my frameset arrived...AdH21, disc brake frameset, not the Aktiv fork- unpainted. Weighed it but forgot to take pictures. It's now down the paint shop awaiting a custom spray job.

Frame: 1029g Inc headset and bearings, seat clamp, cable guide, front derailleur mount and rear derailleur hanger. Fork 443g.

Will weigh it again when I've got it back, this time with pictures...
