So ST-R9250 means the next Dura-Ace still support rim brakes? (although I won't be surprised Shimano is so messy to give Rxx50 to disc brakes... xx70 was used for rim brakes in 7900/9000).

I would be extremely surprized if there was no Di2 rim brake version. The bigger question for me is mechanical shifting or Di2 only. My guess only Di2.

Nice find!
BT-DN300 - I'll take that as the definitive confirmation that any wires will be EW-SD300 type ;-)

Shimano released new e-tube 4.0.4 for pc and mobile with support of new di2 parts.
List of new di2 parts was later removed, but you can still find some info:

Merida tri bikes with 12-speed shimano. Official link with 3d render (assuming no new parts pictured). Delivery date - December 2021

Dura Ace R9250/R8100 tri spec - includes new small di2 parts, new cassettes CS-R9200 CS-R8100, unlisted derailleurs.
(spec uses old tri shifters, that may confirm some compatibility with old di2 shifters)

bt-dn300 battery + Shimano EWEC300 charging cable included with bike
ew-sd300 x 3 cables
ew-ad305 x 1 converter from sd300 to sd50 port
SM-JC41 x 1, EWJC130 x 2 connections to old tri di2 shifters (SW-R9160, SW-R9180)

FD/RD models are not listed, on 3d render they look like old FD/RD, most likely they are FD-R9250 RD-R9250 FD-R8250 RD-R8250

Hydraulic components on this bike are old (ST-R9180 + unknown caliper), next gen hydraulic hose fitting may be different.

But more importantly, compatiblity with old tri hydraulic shifter ST-R9180 confirms compatiblity with rim brake shifters
ST-R9180 can be wired and can be powered by new battery BT-DN300, so
ST-6770, ST-6870, ST-R8050, ST-R9070, ST-R9150 can also be used like that
(full set of di2 adapters included in the listing)

I don't think the hose and connections change, apparently there are improvements in the calipers, but I suppose it will not affect the connections

If it was the old calipers, wouldn't the spec include the SM-RT900 rotors?

Merida listed XTR RT-MT900 and XT RT-MT800 rotors - they are common replacement parts for current DA/Ultegra hydraulic brakes setup

Cassettes will features new interface, which is compatible with new freehub (new d-a disc/rim wheels) and old freehubs (new Ult disc wheels).
No separates hubs with D-A or Ult branding.
Rim brake calipers looks similar to 8000/9100, disc calipers are different (easier to bleed like br-m6100/m6000), hydraulic hose and connectors are the same as 8000/9100.
