I have the crank set, and its ridden 3-4 days a week all year. No issues at all with wear, power accuracy, or battey life. really love em.
It is one-sided, though --if you have any LR discrepancy, the numbers will be very far off. THM told me to adjust via the software, but that's a rather crude way of dealing with this problem, considering that the discrepancy is unlikely to be a constant % of power, independent of terrain, power, fatigue...
I am having dropout issues with the Clavicula SE Road Powermeter and Garmin Edge 840. Has anyone else experienced dropout issues?
I also have tried using the ZWatt app to check/upgrade the firmware, but when I try to check for later firmware, nothing happens. Battery is fully charged so not sure what's going on. The crank axle / PM is sitting inside an aluminium T47 BB shell, and then inside a Ceramicspeed BB - i'm wondering whether either/both would cause ANT+ interference ?

Premium product should come with premium customer service. Please report back how THM responds
Looks like ZWATT is in a state of abandonment. You could sniff your network and find out where the app wants to connect to on the internet and if it is reachable

I have emailed THM directly. It doesn't appear to be an interference problem as I held my head unit 5cm away from the crank and it was still dropping out. I have recorded a video of the dropouts and provided THM with the link - will keep you updated as to what they say
