1. im 176 cm and 84 cm inseam. I ride a 53 Bianchi Oltre XR4 today with a 110 stem. Factor reccomends a size 52 with a 120 mm stem. Any here with similar measurements like me that rides 52? I guess im in the middle of 52/54, but I like my bikes to be agressive.

2. Im looking at bar/stem combo, not the integrated. Want a -12 stem, and like the Extralite Hyperstem or the Zipp Service Course SL stem, in combo with the either Black Inc Aero bar or 3T Aeroflux. Question is if I can fit the brake cables through these stems? Anyone who knows?

Thanks in advance for replies.

Cheers from Oslo.
I found this image of Zipp Service Course SL. It seems to have an opening with enough room for the brake hoses.

I;m 176cm tall and 80cm inseam and ride a 52cm Factor O2 VAM with 120mm stem. I just ordered a 52cm Ostro since it is roughly the identical geometry.

Have you seen this one? https://youtu.be/3_ACOIOHhj8

This guy went from Tarmac to Ostro, and does a pretty in debt comparison.

Thanks, man. I compared the geometry for my current bike against the Ostro, and think I’ll go for the 52 with a 120 mm stem as the stack is a bit lower on the ostro.

Any more input to the sizing? Anyone similar to my sice (176, 84 inseam) that rides a 52 Ostro Vam?

Would be very interesting to get feedback on ride feel between the bikes (02 VAM and Ostro)

I'm 179 with a 84 inseam and ride a 54 Ostro with a 110m stem.

I am 176 - 84 inseam and have a 54 Factor LS (-17 130 stem slammed). I believe the factor is similar to the O2, but slightly higher stack and longer chainstays.

I haven't ridden the O2 VAM since the Aethos (about 4 months or so)...and since they're both similar in type, I've retired the O2...so getting the Ostro will be a much different ride and purpose. Ended up getting the new version of the 6.7 Enves which will go on the Ostro. Will retire the 5.6 SES.

I have an Ostro due to arrive in about a month. After some ride time I'll give as complete a ride comparison as possible between O2, O2 VAM, and Ostro.

Here's an unexciting photo of my finally repainted and rebuilt Ostro. No more pink and yellow! The original barstem was too long for me and I went through a bit of an odyssey trying to replace it with a 36cm bar[stem] that would have a more aero profile than the Black. In the end I have a 36cm Black handlebar and FSA stem. On the heavy side I've got vectors and the DA crank. On the light side I have the Darimo post and FarSports wheels. Weight is 7.15kg according to my luggage scale, size 52.

My mechanic advised that the post is too loose and he had to use copious amounts of carbon paste, over torque the clamp, and is still worried it won't hold, but one ride went by without issue.
hello, how is the darimo seatpost? is it 0 or 15mm? I'm looking for 0mm.

Has anyone had luck running the Tarmac SL7 stem with the Ostro? Seems like it would be a good combination.

Perhaps with the Prime Primavera bars in a 36cm size. Narrow, aero, adjustable, travelable, ideal.
