Yea, a 25mm difference makes up for the saddle/bar drop pretty well I think. We'll see!

Based on geometry: HT = (A-l) / sin(E) + F * tan (90-E) - SQRT(K^2-F^2)
HT_54 = (542-70) / sin (72,5) + 48 * tan (90-72,5) - SQRT(373^2-48^2)= 140 mm
(HT_56 = 159 mm, HT_58 = 182 mm)

I am running a 140mm Galfer on the front.
But power is insufficient. I only weigh 65kg but I like to brake short and hard on descents and the initial power just isn't there and what's worse, seems to fade into the descent.
The 160's I used both warped.
And impossible to buy 160 Centerlock discs at the moment.
I am too afraid to turn the bike upside down now...(bleeding issues), and I have brake rub out of saddle.
Already smoked a set of front pads in 10 weeks.....
Welcome to the wonderful world of disc brakes!
SRAM Red AXS CLD rotors are readily available.

I ordered a launch full bike in Sept through my LBS. Today I got the frame set, in the wrong color, with the wrong hub body on the rear wheel. They'd told the shop in March they couldn't deliver a full bike but could ship the rolling frame set immediately, so the shop paid them for it. I guess it took ~3mo to get here, yeah right. Factor has been a huge disappointment this whole way. I get the sense the trouble point is the US distributor, but hard to say.

Edited to add ... one benefit of the late delivery is I did get the updated fork. I'm also hoping they fixed the mis-drilling of the bottle cage holes specific to the 52 size, but didn't test it.

The Dutch distributor isn't much better. The LBS ordered a rolling chasis because a full bike would take longer and a frame was in stock. He would get the group set form a different supplier. Both are not in yet. I still love the bike, but i'm getting a bit disappointed by now.ericlambi wrote: ↑Tue Jun 15, 2021 1:16 amI ordered a launch full bike in Sept through my LBS. Wrong hub and wrong color is even worse. It almost sounds like someone has your bike and you have got his.
