I'd be waiting for others to test reliability, but that could potentially be a game changer for budget electronic options.

The video states that it has a "super boring front mech"...
... But I guess that still beats Sram's "you just never know what to expect" front shifting.

I have assembled a groupset to a boss and yes, the FD gives more "work" to leave it fine .... but the RD also ..... in the latter part of the "fault" may be in the chain and cassette supplied with the groupset
I built up a Sensah SRX 1x11 earlier in late 2020/early 2021 for shits and giggles/to dip my toes into 1x and I was more or less impressed with it. The only actual complaint was the long-ish lever throw when downshifting multiple gears. Otherwise, the shifting is identical to SRAM.
2014 Madone 5.9 w/R9100 shifters and R8000 everything else- using 38mm ICANs or 60/90 SuperTeams- 7.25kgs with the ICANs and Garmin Vector S dual sided PM pedals- not super light but not a dog, either!
has anyone any experience using sensah 12s cassette/chain with force axs etap? It fits on a shimano hub so I have no idea if the offset is different to the sram cassette. I have the sensah 2x11 and it's brilliant so I can assume to 2x12 is also great

Bumping this thread with some interesting news from Twitter. Perhaps electronic is getting closer?

On one hand, pretty cool
On the other hand, I worry about long term support. Hopefully they make the apps open source.
