hi,

Im considering a new wheelset.
Does any one have any experience with the spinergy tilium carbon?

are they any good, or are there other options?

they have to be clincher type wheels, and they do not have to cost a fortune (about 1000 dollars).

CRAP! CRAP! AND MORE CRAP! Stay away from spinergy, one word to sum them up CRAP!

I don't know what spinergy's deal is but their quality control is horrible. I have seen so many untrue wheels out of the box from them it's not even funny. Not to mention various hub problems, delamination of the rim, and total wheel failures AND no action taken by spinergy to correct problems. To top it off their customer service is a joke, try to call them and you'll know why. Until spinergy gets their act together I wouldn't ride them.

Do you think Superlight could be any more indecisive?
Zipp have a similar model, but has anyone had the opposite response to that of Superlight? (let's give them a chance)

I agree with SL about Spinergy.

Those guys make me cringe when I hear the name.

Well, I also agree with superlite, but beisdes the quality issues (which i actually also agree with) froma consumer perspective, the wheels are heavy, not that aero and expensive, the opposite of what I want in a new pair of wheels.

are there any team in Tour De France use spinergy? From my point of view,it is more for posing rather than riding.I think my Alex 320 is far much better..
