Guys, what's the rear caliper bolt length for Aethos, assuming a 140mm rotor spacing? Is it 37mm? First time buying rear direct mount bolts here.
I used part # Y8N208020 Fixing Bolt C for 25mm chainstays with R7000 caliper. The bolt length is 38mm (25mm+13mm).
PN Y8PU08020 is the DA 9100 version - not sure if there's any material difference.

I'll send photos once I have the bike back. The torn ligaments on my collarbone will need surgery asap in Germany and my bike remains in Spain until I find a solution there. Regarding road rash: probably less than possible, but I have road rash everywhere, so it is a lot already :/
Just a little follow-up:

A broken Prevail Vent and a ripped up Drinking Backpack, with a broken mini pump inside are a Goode indication that more could have happened. Both to me and to the bike.
Really sorry to hear about your crash. I hope your recovery is fast and relatively pain-free.

My Aethos has received, or will receive, a few significant upgrades this year.

1) 9200 groupset - The first was the 12 speed Di2 Dura Ace groupset. When I bought the bike last summer, I knew my 9100 groupset would soon be obsolete but I also figured that with supply chain issues I might be able to get a decent price on the used market for a complete 9100. I guess we'll soon find out! So far, 9200 has been a dream. The shifting is more or less flawless and dead quiet. There are times where I don't even notice the shift has occurred. Because of availability issues, I'm still using my 9100 power crankset. I have to say, I really love everything about Shimano's top tier groupset and much prefer it to the SRAM Red 12 speed groupset on my other bike. The shifting and ergonomics on the 9200 set are far superior, in my opinion, to AXS (which I've had on three bikes). Not surprisingly, there was no meaningful change in weight when going from 9100 to 9200.

2) Roval Alpinist CLX II - I was disappointed last summer when Roval released the Alpinist CLX without a tubeless option and chuckled a bit at the marketing spin on their failed attempt to make this wheelset tubeless. However, I liked the overall spec, weight, and price and still feel like these wheels are one of the best options out there for climbing. Since i've lived with inner tubes my whole life, I assumed I'd be able to make the adjustment back to changing the occassional flat. I rode with those wheels for about a year before I decided to ditch them; I did a century two weekends ago where I had to change two flats. I ordered the Alpinist CLX II wheels the next day and installed them a couple days later. With 1.5 ounces of sealant on each wheel, the bike shed about 2 ounces compared to the previous setup, bringing the total weight down to 14.1 lbs (bottle cages installed, computer mount, no saddle bag).

3) SRM PM9 - A fellow WW member alerted me to accuracy issues with the 9200 power meter, so I decided to get the SRM PM9. And I managed to track down a set of 9200 chainrings (50/34), which just arrived last week. I ordered the Ti spindle and Look carbon cranks, which should shed some additional weight relative to the 9100 power crankset that's in there now. I think the weight difference may be as much as 100 grams, but we'll see. Once I install the SRM cranks, I'll have a complete 9100 groupset I can sell, which will help offset the cost of the 9200 groupset.

Did you have any trouble with the chainline or 9200 FD on your PM9 implementation?

Here is mine. Loved it since I bought it, but just for the look, I nedeed other wheels. Finally sold the roval alpinist and bought the DTSwiss arc 1100 50mm. Lovely ride, now the aethos rides more firmly and just added 100 grs. Total weight as you see it on the picture is 6,4kg, size 54

Just a litte hack for your Aethos

Specialized SL stem with a Future Stem face plate and a mount from the Tarmac SL7 - so you can get rid of the ulgy regular mount.

Face plate SKU: S199900064
Nice
Now you need a spurcycle bell to be 100%
joking
but do it
great bell tone and quality wise

Just got hold of my forest green Comp; love it but need to change the stem. Anybody has experience with the Future-Stem? Does it fit stantard forks?

The future stem does not fit standard forks. It is built for the narrower steerer tubes of the spesh bikes with future shock (roubaix, and i assume also diverge).

That looks fantastic. Particularly the DT Swiss wheels with the tan sidewalls.
