I didn't think it was feasible. Has anyone built Aethos with Campagnolo?

Yes, you do exactly what he said above. Use a 140 rear brake caliper on the front.
The 140 rear is the Campagnolo caliper that is a conventional flat mount design, functionally the same as a Shimano or Sram.
For the juin tech cable actuated caliper the front brake is a pain the "rear"!! My friend was able to use it but had to machine the front adapter. Luckily for him he had an easy way to machine it. But I'd honestly advice against it now.Karvalo wrote: ↑Sat Jun 12, 2021 7:32 amYes, you do exactly what he said above. Use a 140 rear brake caliper on the front.

Nonetheless, the finish product is really nice: size 56 with speedplay on, Garmin mount and cages (ready to ride!) - 5.8kg

I have a friend with a very similar build but with the alpinist (heavier than those tubular) and very small parts that might be very slightly heavier at 5.8kg.
I guess I have to go and tell him to recalibrate his scale.
Yes zero offset seatpost...

Not trying to nitpick or anything, but it seems like your front brake pads are swapped (L>R). Might want to fix that.
