One option could be to use CO2 capsules instead of the pump. The capsules and the head may be small enough to fit in the saddle bag. There are also CO2 cartridge holders that can be mounted under the bottle cage, so only the head needs to fit in the saddle bag.
What saddle bag do you guys recommend these days?

Well that's a good point and making me more and more think about transition from pump to co2 inflator. My only issue is weight penalty if i have to carry two cartridges.

Ah yeah I use a Silca mattone now, it works with the SWAT mount for my radar. It's sits against it but its not a problem. Works great tbh.jspaceman wrote: ↑Wed Jun 23, 2021 6:28 amYeah, I went with the Silca Seat Roll Premio https://www.amazon.ca/Silca-SILCA-Seat- ... Now I would like to keep this and mount a saddle bag behind it. But space is ofcourse a bit limited. Was looking at Silca Mattone as it's high recommened by many. Would like your feedback!
But I think it's been discontinued and replaced with the Asymmetrico https://silca.cc/collections/packs-on-b ... symmetrico
I like it. It can be a little finicky sometimes getting it on or off, but once it's on it stays in place and doesn't push my Varia up or anything like that.
I have realized that some light co2 inflator with two cartidges is around 130g weight with doubtful reliability. While some pump like Lezyne Pocket Drive HV (high volume, pressure up to 6.2 bar, which is ok for me), weights around 70g (or 100g with frame mount), is better deal imo.
