I´ve bought the mount (short version) for the Pro vibe stem non-carbon.

I dont know if it helps but you can see here some pics:

On the topic of the Pro Vibe stems.. is there an outfront mount for the original puzzle clamp stem?

Correct, just leave a little bit of room and you can line the mount up perfectly, the stem doesn't have to be perfectly centered

You're asking why it's important for your bars to be perfectly centred?

Computer mount aside, how is the stem compared to other you´ve ridden guys?

I like the cool look and ´aeroness´ of it, but need stiff stem for sprints at the same time. Almost no reviews anywhere.

Anyone??

Yes

There's no noticable difference with the steering or the bike handling, other than aesthetics whats the issue?

It's difficult for me to review it, I'm using it in conjuction with a whole new bike, so everything feels different, but tbh a stems a stem to me, I don't sprint so I'm never testing it properly for stiffness. I was previously using a zipp service course sl stem and they feel pretty similar to me :noidea:

If you're happy with your bike not performing to it's full potential, then enjoy. Maybe run a 2.5mm longer crank arm on the opposite side to offset the delta...

I would NEVER let a bike out my workshop without perfectly centred bars.

Is this stem hollow the entire length to allow for brake hose routing?

No, it isn't.

I've moved to this stem without realizing how bleak they are to find. Very few ended up in the USA it seems and fewer distributors are stocking them. I love the ergos and the aesthetics, but damn, no one bought this thing it seems.

I ordered the carbonwerks mount for it and am waiting for it in the post.
