Any 2019 or newer Cervelo S3 disc owners?

For owners of the 2019 or newer Cervelo S3 disc, can the frame handle 700x28/30 tires on tubeles wheels with 21mm internal width? What about the aero stem/bar setup - not really been able to find any images of builds in progress so hard to tell whether one is limited to using Cervelo's bar, or can it be swapped out for something like a Enve SES Aero road bar?

There is enough space 28mm tire and you can use another brand bar but it will need a hole at the center back of the bar for the cable to pass through the cervelo stem. The headset system limits you to cervelo stem only.

This should show you how cable routing works on the S3 disc

Is that 28mm measured or 28C? If it's the latter then how wide is the rim internally and what is the tire manufacturer?

Thanks. Now realize that the Cervelo supplied bars have a channel for the cables on the underside of the bar, so not sure it would be a good idea to drill a hole through the back of my Enve SES carbon aero bars.

Look at my build thread for pics on tyre clearance, I use 25 with loads of space, but the rims are wide also.

The closest tolerance on the tyre is where the frame curves round at the rear (i.e. past the front mech up to the seatstay), if you ride gravel roads you will get stones stuck between the tyre and frame (scratching it)
