Hello,

I have a problem with my OSPW as it touches my cassette.

Setup: CeramicSpeed OSPW, 11-28, 52-36, Dura Ace 9000 Di2, S-Works Tarmac SL5

Every combination works except the 28. My OSPW upper pulley touches the sprocket. The B-tension screw is maxed out so that couldn't be it. Do I need another derailleur hanger (which one?) or another solutions?

The one with the two 17t pulleys has a capacity of 28t

53-39=14

28-14=14

11+14=25

The one with 13/19t pulleys has a 32t capacity which is the one you need

the 17/17 version is for 6800 and 9000

the 13/19 is for 8000 and 9100

OP, have you put the p-axle in the hole in the cage that results in the most tension?

Correct, I have the 17/17 version for 9000 so that should be good.
I have put the tension in the middle axle as advised for di2. Should I put it in max tension?

No one have an idea?

Is the chain too long?
If it is, the cage might not rotate round it's pivot far enough for the top jockey wheel to clear the 28t sprocket. Unless the jockey is centred on the pivot like the SRAM mechs are. Then it'll make no noticeable difference.

And, do all the other pivots in the mech move freely?

If it works in the small chainring and not big chainring it's the chain length that causes the problem in the big ring.

Check how far back the cage pivots in the small/small gear combination. If it doesn't bottom out you could have some space for a longer chain.

Also don't just bottom out the B-screw. Ideally this should be in the ballpark when the chain is sized so you don't compound errors and get the wrong chain length. Depends on how you size the chain but to safely take modifications (like ospw, etc) into account you basically need to size in small/small combo and go as long as possible. You'll end up with less friction but if the chain is too slack and slaps chainstays or small cogs won't shift you might need to take a link out. Still easier than to "put a link back in" . (assuming you use quick links)
