Head cap wise I have gone for one of these to replace the standard Scott 1 1/4 one - not sure how it will work with the F1 bars.

It definitely wont work with one mechanical derailleur housing and a brake line in per hole, they are too small. There is another pair of holes but they are under the tops of the bars so it wouldn't be fully integrated.N1720 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 10:13 am@Dan Generous
Some people have modified the cable routing on their Super Six to be fully internal, even with mechanical shifiting. I haven't seen it done using this bar and stem (yet). Could you check if the size of the holes above the headset allows brake hoses and 4 or 5 mm shift cable outers to be routed internally?

Dan - any chance you can post up a stencil of the underside of the stem as mentioned above?
Cheers

Does this help? It's not precise to the 0.01mm but, gives a good guide.Beancouter wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 7:45 pmDan - any chance you can post up a stencil of the underside of the stem as mentioned above?

Might be able to make the existing Addict RC headset work as a temporary measure until Farsports design something proper but going to look a bit ugly! Below shows the F1 step sat in top of a Addict spacer.
The RC headset plate is actually flat, so might be able to use an alternative Farsports spacer in the short term..

380x110 arrived today:
- 308g for bar combo with clamping screws.
/!\ Note that my version doesn’t have the hydraulic lines holes next to the stem. It was not expected even if not a problem for my rim brake bikes.
Nothing special on the finish, aligned or better than some 200-300$ bars I had on the past.
I knew it from previous pictures but the top part is not as flat than some other aero models goes from 28mm next to the stem to 19mm closer to the bend.
On the geometry side, the shorter reach (73mm versus 80mm on my actual bar) and the flare do seem to free front-arm space for sprinting... to be confirmed once really installed.
Included in above weight the titanium bolts / nuts
16g for the gps support that is in polymer (compared to some original in aluminium that were more than twice heavier), 2 al screws of 2.15g included.
2.9 g for the Garmin mount with screws
1” 1/4 to 1” 1/8 sleeve 5.6g for the +/-3deg and 5 for the 0 deg
The heavy part are on the top cap and screw 8.6 and 3.4g
That put everything at 345g
Holes are 15x8 next to the stem

Is your GPS support just a computer mount or is it a combo computer/GoPro mount? If the former, it would make sense that Farsports would make a computer-only mount in polymer and make the combo mount in aluminum, in order to provide a stiffer, more vibration-free mount for a camera (at a slight weight penalty). Mine from Farsports was aluminum, but also the combo mount.
The Raceware polymer combo mount for the EVO3 is fine with just a computer, and I suspect would be fine with a light camera like a GoPro Session, but a heavy unit like a Cycliq Fly12 is heavy enough that it produces noticeable vibration by flexing the mount. In fairness to Raceware, they specific their combo mount is for a lightweight camera or light, and the Fly12 is anything but that.
