I'm in the process of building a new road bike.

On my current bike I have Deda 35mm alloy bars, which I like for their stiffness.

I wouldn't mind using something similar on the new bike, but with the ability to run the brake and Di2 cables/wires internally as much as possible. What are my options for a 35mm bar with internal cable routing? Both Deda and Parlee make 35mm bars, but neither seem to offer internal routing (at least from what I can tell from the pics).

You aware that 35mm is narrower than most clamp width at the stem right? It is only a little bit wider than most road tire, and narrower than almost every gravel tires.
I know aero is everything and the narrow bar trend. But 35mm which is narrower than half of a single hand is a bit too extreme IMO.

PS. You should provide more context to your topic that it means clamp diameter or whatever the 35mm means. I really really read the 35mm as the width of the bar. LOL

parlees are great. the tops are sort of an oval. very comfrotable. some flex in the flats of the drops for the rough chipseal.

O, the parless should ABSOLUTELY be internally routed. at least the ones that come with the RZ7. they're compatible with bar end junction also.

I used to ride the Deda 35 - initially I had the carbon bars but then swapped out to the 35 Superleggera version. The previous version Carbon 35 bar did have internal routing but was two separate holes and my Eps connector was too big. On the Superleggera version there was one larger opening which made it much easier to fit both brake cable and Eps connector through

All you have to do is use a file to make the hole a bit bigger, very easy.

I have deda 35, non-super leggera carbon bars and they are internally routed. As stated, they have two separate holes for two separate cables. Might be hard to route anything larger than a standard housing as it was pretty tight. Very stiff bars, good feel but I wouldn't mind a little more flex for road vibrations.
