Am I the only one who finds it ironic that 'The One' integrated handlebar has no mechanism for handling aero road frames with all internal cable routing?

does anyone know of an integrated handelbar with the following specs:

width: 40cm
stem-length: 130mm
angle: -10°

Do any of these handlebars come with a neutral (0 degrees) or positive angle (+7 degrees)?
