Great start! I'd say you'll definitely be around the 15-16lbs territory. White will look so clean.

Agree, the TCR Advanced is a fantastic frame, but there is no getting around the fact that disc brakes are going to cost you significant weight. My TCR came in at 7.35kg, or 16.2 lbs. Sure, you have an advantage with your smaller frame but after that, the biggest place to drop weight is with the wheels, and your Giant wheels aren't particularly light. The next place to save some weight would be in the crankset - what do you plan to use? After that, the potential weight savings start to get quite small...

I would skip the current heavy integrated handlebar and wait for the replacement coming in the next month or two. It will be at least 100 grams lighter and look much better. There is some guy in Taiwan selling them on eBay right now. Link for pics of the bar is below. Also I have a friend who just built a 2020 TCR SL (small) with eTap, Black inc 30mm wheels, Giant carbon bar and carbon stem. While your saddle is a lot lighter than his Fizik, your wheels are a lot heavier. His bike with Shimano pedals (not sure which model), bottle cage, is 16.2 lbs.

If you're in So Cal, you can buy any Enve wheelset with the Enve alloy hub for $1700. I did, along with 5.6 disk and 7.8 clinchers.

As mentioned, the handlebar is on the heavy side. here's the weight of my 42cm at 352g.

A shallower SLR0 30 is the lighter of their wheels at sub 1.4kg but you've got a number of options as well.

Not to hijack the thread, but I was able to get to 6.8kg by using Dura Ace groupset, Sworks saddle, Giant SL handlebar & Kalloy OD2 stem, Look keo carbon ti pedals, Reynolds Attack wheels, Ashima Ai2 rotors and some selected bar tape, chain and cables.

Two options. Competitive Cyclist currently has Enve 3.4 with DT Swiss 240 on sale for $1449 plus tax or buy the wheelset with Enve alloy hub for $1700 out the door with alloy wheel trade program through my dealer in Ventura.
