No joke, I'd consider a Viathon R.1 (""Walmart"" brand) given your criteria for a round seatpost on a semi-aero frame. No threaded BB though. Plus, if you're ready to buy now, the Black Friday prices are still valid...and really good.

e: Hmm...maybe they don't ship outside the US for now...

Also maybe look at a Rose X-Lite 6. The geometry and bike dimensions are identical to the Tarmac (e.g, X-Lite size 59 matches Tarmac size 58). Non-proprietary parts and unbeatable price.

The Rose is another of the bikes I looked at, but it's not available frame only. While I could theoretically get the Force bike and switch the groupset and wheels onto another bike, that becomes a lot harder to justify, because the other bike really isn't due an upgrade.
