Another issue that I would suspect is that your drivetrain may be worn along with your Dura Ace 11 speed chain. When putting on a new chain on a worn drivetrain...would pose an issue with shifting. I put my 12 speed chain on a my newest drivetrain with minimal miles on it...and worked as others have mentioned.
That's my take on your shifting issue.
Hello
all parts of the drivetrain are brand new, zéro km.
I have checked the pulleys. No inversion beetween top and bottom.
And rotation direction is good

That's incredible
That's why I think my xtr chain is a bad copy.
Can someone mesure internal size of xtr9100 chain?
Top jockey wheel is running wrong way round. The arrow on the lower edge points forward, counter to the rotation.
Both jockey wheels are rotating correctly.

On the website is shows the chain as having a "one time use" quick link. Is this the case? Any recommendations on other suitable reusable quick links?
Connex wipperman quick link..don’t need a quick link tool to attach/detach
I thought the 12s connex link is not available yet? Supposed I'm wrong, where is it available?

Here you go buddy:
Between inner links- 2.45mm
Between outer links- 3.90mm
Thanks for the mesures
For my problem chain
Between outer links- 3.90mm good
Between inner links- beetween 2.3 and 2.35mm not good
II think it is the reason of my problems...
Tomorow I receive my new xtr9100 chain
I will take mesure before install it
I will keep you informed
New XTR M9100 chain received today.
Still the same problem...
See photo, the chain can not be release easily from the top pulley. There is no special effects on the photo
The last possibiliy is that the top pulley is out of tolerance....
ok with me? or other solution?

How does the chain run when you're actually riding the bike and not just fiddling with it in the stand?

When I ride the bike with XTR chain, the gear/chain make noise and the chain is not released easily from the top pulley
When I install Dura ace chain, all is fine

Its not, bottom pulley rotates clockwise, top pulley counter clockwise. The text on these is always on the inside.

Not out if tolerance, incompatible. You’re trying to use a 12 speed chain on an 11 speed system. Parts are built with certain tolerances , which is why your Dura Ace chain is fine. But the margin of error is tighter when you introduce a chain that is designed for a narrower drivetrain system.

XTR CN-M9100
Outer link:
5.25mm - OD
3.80mm - ID
Inner link:
3.50mm - OD
2.20mm - ID
Using a Mitutoyo calibrated digital caliper.

I understand.
But why does it works perfectly with some person of the forum
Dura-ace 9100 group with xtr9100 12v seams be good and better than Dura-ace 11v chain

Next thing is to measure the thickness of the pulley wheels.
I get about 2.20-2.25mm on a new R9100 upper pulley
Edit: my caliper is not a 'proper' calibrated one, but ryanw's measurements indicate why there might be a problem

I did this thing.

The only problem is that my narrow wide jockey wheel is designed for 11s so it's a bit wider. I filed down the wide tooth maybe 0.3mm. They are made of nylon so it's not hard to do.
Now it is good.
Top pulley was à little too much large

Here's a side-by-side comparison between the XTR and Dura Ace chains. The XTR is on the left. The second photo shows two different styles of XTR chains. One says 'HG' and another says 'XTR'. I have both styles. Besides the stamping everything else is identical.
