If I bought one of those wheelsets, I'd only ride that one. I don't plan on changing wheelsets around for training/fast rides/racing/whatever. It's just that I generally hate riding in cold weather (I'd have to wear really thick gloves and a balaclava to stay comfortable). That's when I wouldn't be outside on my road bike anyway. I prefer running/indoor cycling when it's cold out. But that's only for a few months.
