Admire the enthusiasm. You need to add another 100grams to the Look pedals. That weight is per single pedal. Sorry :(

Origin is dummy thicc, do like a Red GXP, sand the arms, do some lighter rings, then do Favero Assiomas.

While the +95g for the Look pedals is a bummer, you could lose 85g with a change to Extralite Cyberdisc. Mine weighed in at 1065g actual weight.

That stem and bar combo is hillarious. 210gr stem and 124gr bars. :D

Depends on the ratio, but a 11/25 sram red cassette will save you about 50g

CarbonWorks cages are 8g each

Ditch the out front mount and use bands that tie around the stem, there’s another 25g gone

The chain should be a bit lighter than that, as think you’ve stated uncut length!

Deda do some bar tape around 30g, not sure what it’s called but someone will be along shortly that’s knows.

You’d possibly save 200g ish with a frame and fork paint strip, but that’s quite drastic and you may like the look of the colour as it is.

KCNC make some of their rotors in titanium:

https://www.bike24.com/p257271.html

that will be 20g for the front. dont think they offer 140mm tho.

also RED cassette will also shave some weight over dura ace too
Some say pour 10ml water out of your bottle to save that last bit of the weight. Sorry, i go one step further, i tend to the rider off my bikes.
n+1...14 last time i checked, but i lost count

Not much choice for the stem if wanted to keep the clean aesthetic of internal cable routing.

1150g disc clinchers? Are you super light? But first thing id look at the canyon evo. The frameset has been recently listed for sale, 4k, probably about 100g lighter than the bmc.

BB: Shimano BB92-41, 54g, and it's much cheaper.
Cassette: ZTTO 11-28T, 177g.
Chain: CP record 11, 240g, or YBN Titanium 11 220g if your pocket is deep enough to replace rapidly.
Tires: Pro one addix 2020 * 2, 520g
Chain Catcher: No need = 0g

I'm not heavy. Partington wheels are listed to be stiffer than Meilenstein and ENVE SES, which I already riden before without issue, so at least on paper there is no flex issue.

Canyon Evo has expose cables. Not the aesthetic I'm looking for. Just personal choice.
