Man there's nothing at all to worry about, go to any bike race and everyone with a 76-79cm saddle height is going to be on a 56cm frame with a 110-130mm stem. It's just normal.

sorry : no idea how; look on my Instagram account called lemarchecycling
Looks way better than what I expected - thanks now I can sleep tonight :) Why the zero post on a 74 deg tube? Do you have a TT side? I've tried to move forward a few times but my body complained in various ways. Feel best with about 75mm of saddle tip to BB line distance.

As for Sagan - I have read about 140 stem before, 145 is a record for me. I actually used a virtual 160 or so on a tiny MTB by tilting fw (in line with stem) a riser bar. That thing was way weird when slow but actually acceptable if not downright interesting at higher speed. Never seen trully high speed on it though, just city use when i was young. In any case 58 has only 7mm more reach than the 56 so 1cm of stem difference and some spacers is enough to equal the two.

You either have a long torso or short legs for your height. Or you just like a lot of reach. I could ride that no problem it just wouldn't feel right.
