The new Quarq DUB is supposed to weight 480/500g for 4-bolt/5-bolt..

My 165mm THM arms are 218g - keep in mind I think the 170mm arms are lighter as they grafted the threads in a 170mm arm using more material.

Hi guys,

Off topic but: How to remove the non drive side crank arm? I've undone the pinch bolt and removed the large 10mm bolt but it's stuck on the 24mm reducer? I can't use a typical crank puller because the thread is on the inside of the spindle?? Or can I? Help? Thanks in advance
