Give it time. I bet it will. This just raises interest. Now it becomes a product of desire.FlatlandClimber wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 2:04 pmThe new WC paint job will not be sold to customers. Very sad. Best paint job so far.

I do have spare headset bearings, but don't want to go through the hassle of cutting hydro hoses and bleeding. To prolong my headset bearings I repack it with grease from time to time. I just pull them out not removing totally.tommyboyo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:29 amThanks a lot.BadBoyR wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 10:19 amYou need to cut the front hose to get the fork out and both hoses if you want to get both bearings out.tommyboyo wrote:Any mechanics who have serviced the headset on an SL7 please?
How easy is it?
Just wondering if you can actually manage to remove the fork without cutting the front hose anymore?
It was touch and go on the SL6, but just doable, but that was before the 'super integration' we have now.
Got a choice to make between a couple of frames and need some advice.
Cheers

As it should be in my opinion. I agree it's an awesome paint job and by far better than the previous. But I think it should be unique and unavailable to the public.FlatlandClimber wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 2:04 pmThe new WC paint job will not be sold to customers. Very sad. Best paint job so far.
Now if Specialized want to release an S-Works white frame with black logos, I'd be on it quick. The pro model just doesn't do it for me.

Everything fits in my Rapha Essentials Case:sethjs wrote: ↑Fri Apr 30, 2021 2:51 pmI could see going no tube if you’ve got dynaplug.ryanw wrote:For rear light, also just got one of these.
22g and no cables needed to charge. Pretty neat little solution I think.
And as for carrying a tube, nope, don't carry one.
I have a Dynaplug which can fix anything pretty much.
If I needed to boot a tyre and stick a tube in, I would rather just get an Uber home.
Where are you keeping the multi tool / dynaplug / co2 without a saddle bag? Jersey?

I have a couple of Flare R lights that I quite like, and was actually trying to find a solution to mount it like that.
Did you buy the 3D printed SWAT mount, or make it yourself? Any pics?
do you not use the brake hose grommets?

Having been through close to 20 some odd rear lights. I have settled on a very clear winner. At least for me and several of those I ride with. That is the Garmin Varia rear light & radar. Is it perfect? No, something that a manufacturer tries to call smart. It is actually a dumb light in 95%+ of the ways.
That said it is unbeatable as a safety device. There is nothing like easily knowing how many cars are behind you and how fast they are overtaking you. Battery life is on the longer but not long side. After having ridden with the light for 12+ months. I do not see any other option on the market as comparable. They are all inferior in my book. Except maybe in very focused use cases.
Lots of SWAT mount options here:

Completely naked and sanded s-works sl7 frame in size 54: 713g. It was custom painted before (784g). Sanded fork, uncut: 337g, with paint 351g.
For now it's sanded with 400 grit paper. Will continue up to 800 but it's not going to lose any more weight. But it's a lot of work for sure...

Any recommendations for front light, want something smaller/light than my Exporsure Switch. Bontrager Flare or Specialized Stix maybe? Need to fit the gopro mount..
