2020 Specialized Tarmac SL7
Moderator: robbosmans
I really want to get the Roval Rapide bars because my arms always hit the bars during a sprint before, and they seemed to fix that sort of issue with these new ones. Does anyone know if the ENVE SES Aero bars are any good in this regard?

I agree. Frame sets at this price should allow choice of seatpost style and stem length.
In my case it is also due to the waste associated with it. It's a frame specific component that is kept in a drawer for eternity. It's a waste of resources.JaeOne3345 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 4:29 amI agree. Frame sets at this price should allow choice of seatpost style and stem length.

I understand you. I have an 80mm stem just wasting away in my drawer that came with my 49 cm frameset that I know I can't sell. A waste of money and materials.

When I bought my frame only; they offered to swap stem or seat post; stem was fine and I had already ordered a Dario seat post.
Where I buy my bikes (SBikes Belgium) they swap the seat post, stem and handlebars for no additional costs. I know other places where you need to buy it. I find that crazy when you buy a bike that already cost around 14000 euro's that you need to give around +-1000 euro extra (if you need al those extra parts).pmprego wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 6:21 amIn my case it is also due to the waste associated with it. I know BMC has changed that principle that when you order a bike/frameset that it comes with a standard one. With BMC you can know configure the stem length and handlebar width.
