Aethos + even more tire clearance = Crux (let's see how it sells)
Athos + integration = SL8 (sales hit, no doubt)

Funny how things work
Haha, love that!

Let’s add,

UCI illegal no holds bar AERO bike = RE-VENGE

The SL8 will get rid off the stiffness layers in the carbon layup and the frame will therefore be significantly lighter. Even though it's already pretty light. Specialized started this new process with the Aethos, now the Crux and will also include the SL8. But I don't think we will see this before 2023.

Besides, the Re-Venge schtick has been done to death, guys...

The weight distribution is what shall set this bike apart.

Right so handling is the focus then? Hard to believe at 6.8 kg or so with the rider being 10x that that there's much to distribute fundamentally differently than it is now but I guess anything isnpossible

And that gets ruined with super long stems and tiny frames, thus ending up being front end heavy due to positioning for all those “pro look” riders. Or you can spacer it and balance the top tube / stem length.

It’s already $3300 for 10R Pro frame set SL7. By that time it will be $6500 for SWORKS and $4000 for Pro frame lol Image The fruit punch is getting stronger.

Again, alaphilippe is a very well known pro that uses a 100mm stem :)

Or just do Cannondale's way for Supersix Evo size 48-54.
71.2 HTA + 55mm fork offset make front center very significantly longer while keeping reach the same. And this keep trail value 58mm like most road race bikes.
Weight is balanced well even with (-17 deg slammed) 120mm stem on framesize 48, which normally result in (slight) front heavy bike thanks to front wheel being pushed out front.

This one of a kind SL7 frameset and a Quickstep jersey signed by Alaphilippe was auctioned and raised €7,500. Money will go for environmental projects.

I trying to check if I can ride on an 58 frame.

I compared my old bike with a new SL7 in size 58

https://www.velogicfit.com/frame-compar ... spacer2=45

It seems the SL7 in 58 is lower is 11 mm. I think that might be manageable by my back.

Could someone with a 58 frame give me some measurement?

I want to know the distance between from axle to the middle of the stem. (with all the spacers under the stem)
And the max length from the middle of bb to the top of the saddle ( on my current bike is 851 mm)

I feel my old bike a bit to long for me, my saddle was all the way to the front and I had a small stem.
I think a smaller frame could fit me better. But I have long legs and small chest.
I'm 193cm tall with 96cm inseam.
