I have a look 795 and it clears 30mm with room to spare.

Yes, Ventum NS1. Plenty of clearance even with Enve 4.5AR and 28mm tubeless.

If you have clearance for a 30mm tyre, you have clearance for a 30mm wide rim, and more. Look at the shape of the fork, and the chainstay. The fork and chainstays are most narrow where the tyre sits, and wider where the wheel sits.

Just came across the Parlee RZ7. Aero, 32mm clearance, and available in AU. Haven’t checked geo but looks like it could work for you.
