Durable tubeless tyre

Actually kind of surprised about milage of 'durable' tubeless tyres.
Don't know if it is just me, but i would go through 2-3 set's of tyres a year if they hold up 2000-3000km (usually I'm around 4000-6000km a year in the outside/real world)

I never found out how durable the good year was as it blistered.

Put a tube in. I tried using a worm, but there were several areas along the slice

Made it back home. Didn't inflate too much as the tube may pop out of the slice. I put in about 40 psi.

I've had good experience using Hutchinson sectors. Use it on the road, but also performs well on gravel too. Some reviewers complain of lack of wet weather grip, but I have not found this at all. It is possible that their grip issues are due to over inflation. I live in the pyrenees and I am happy on twisting descents, even in the rain, I have not lost grip.

I have also had good experience with the Hutchinson Sectors. Easy to mount and get sealed. no issues with grip in rain, i run mine at 50 psi.
One puncture I had with the Sectors...ran over some debris from a car accident remains...sliced the tire. i'm sure any tire wouldn't have survived that. Made a diagonal cut that was too wide.

They aren’t “durable” tires, but I have >2700mi/4300km on my Corsa Control TLR G2.0 and they still have a good amount of tread life left. Usually my rear tires are used up by 2500mi. I’m surprised another poster got such little mileage out of the Cinturatos with such a thick tread, though I guess he ran into other issues too.

I’ve been riding with a small sidewall cut near the shoulder tread on the Corsa Controls for the last 500mi. Sealed just fine with Orange Seal after a minute or so..according to the amount of air loss. I didn’t even notice during the ride.

My thoughts on durability are that tubeless tires don’t necessarily need to have the best puncture resistance. The sealant will take care of most punctures. Big pieces of metal and nails will perforate armored tires nearly as easily.

Been riding GP5000TL 25c on some pretty crappy PA and NJ roads. They have been very good so far. So much so that I'm having a set of Mavic UST/Hope hub wheels built up so I can run them on my Focus.

Same here, Running new 5000TL 25c on the front. Fusion5 was wears out little fast and one week got three flats. The only way to to keep it sealed was to apply little bit of crazy glue.
So far conti wears nicely and so far no punctures

Gravel king slick TLR still going strong at 3043 miles, the front looks fresh with threads still in tact, 6000 miles no problem, the rear has thread worn down but still have 1.5mm of rubber left, should last 4000 miles. Only got 2 flats so far.

I was going to suggest those... but the TLR only is available in 700x32 and up, the 26s and 28s are not tubeless so it depends of your bike's clearance. They're very good tough tires that don't feel too slow and that are grippy. I have some very old 28s that started as my dirt/gravel/bad weather road tires, now on my commuter and I flatted only once so far, I have 32s on another bike and I have yet to flat despite ridding them in very bad roads, nasty gravel, off-road trails....

My Gravelkings are also still good, 4000km? maybe. Don't get square like Conti 4000/5000 ...
