Help: stem angle of Look 795 Blade ADS stem?
Moderator: robbosmans
I know there are a few owners of the Look 795 Blade. Do any of you know happen to know the angle of your ADS stem? I just can't find that anywhere online...or, well, I've found one place that says it's -6, another says -10 degrees.
Anyway, if somebody has the info, please share

The stem is 10d. Post a pic of your build.

Just picked mine up and two rides in. Fits and rides so differently than my Izalco.
It's comfy but man is it heavy. Waiting for my hubs to be serviced to get my old wheels on there but the bike def needs a diet.
As far as the stem goes - does yours rattle? Can't tell if it's the cables or stem cover on top of the spacers.

I found it to be a kg heavier than my rim brake C64 with a similar build. Meanwhile, the ride is very smooth.
I did not have any issues with rattling. I used the foam tubes to encase the hydraulic brake cables as they are routed through the stem.

Hi, are you comparing Rim bike to Rim bike or Rim to disk?Team Murray wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 4:18 pmI found it to be a kg heavier than my rim brake C64 with a similar build. Meanwhile, the ride is very smooth.

I am quite concerned if with the weight.... Colnago aren't the reference in lightness so....
Would you know the frame weight in regular break - I found 950+300 on the net
that would be very reasonable

C64 Rim brake with 11sp ETap and Shamal Mille: 16.5lbs
Look 795 Blade RS disc brake with 11sp ETap HRD and Dura Ace C40 wheels: 18.5lbs
Things that are the same or very close in weight:
HB, saddle, cages, cranks, BB, deraileurs, shifters, tires, cassette, chain
Components heavier on Look:
Wheels are about 100g heavier on the Look due to the discs
Seatpost has about 3x more material
Stem is a significant forged piece of work
Frame tubes appear larger cross section
Frame design is less sloping

Look know that a fast bike does not ha e to be light.
I was fairly quick tonight into a 30 mph headwind with horizontal rain on a 15 to 16kg bike on a route with 100m of climbing every 10km. Well 15.4 mph average but that was an effort.
8.3kg is fine for this bike. My 795 the older one is around that weight and is so quick it flatters me.
