Eliminate seatpost/saddle by standing up - does it still make the noise?
I doubt BB after 4 months with threaded BB.
How about:
-old chain?
-out of alighment RD?
-jockey wheel bearing randomly died?
-loose free hub/free hub has too much play/not properly tightened freehub?
-cleats?
-dirty dropouts?

I pulled the hanger; clean & re-lube
I pulled both rear dropouts; clean & re-lube
I pulled the der; cleaned bolt, re-bube
Tightened cassette (was tight)
Its 90% better now. When looking at the shifting, I can see that on some of the cogs the back spin can get 'crunchy.' I'll play a bit more w/micro-shift when I have time. But, it does shift well (that was never the issue, but seems that it is a contributor to the sounds).
