What's this called? Cable guide ... something

It's mostly some plastic tube that lead cable to front derailleur.
The last time I changed cables, the LBS guy had to replace the original one because he was broken, and only this one was on hand to fit the hole in the frame.
I would like to replace it with some that looks more like the original - it was smaller, looked nicer, and maybe had a gram or two less
But I don't know what that little part is called
