I am leaning towards a brand new discounted Super Record 12spd Mechanical Groupset... Keeping it the most purist experience I can with this build... It will hold me down until Shimano releases the 12spd Di2 Di2 groupset, and electronic rim brake drivetrains are perfected... And it works well with my Campagnolo Shamal Ultra wheels for now... what do you guys think, am I making a mistake going with Mechanical 12spd Super Record?

Thanks for all your help guys!! The Pinarello build came out really well... so far so good. Decided to keep it OG to the Italian roots, with new 12Spd Campagnolo Super Record mechanical Groupo, Shamal Ultra wheels, Most Aero Carbon stem, and Enve Carbon bar. The most purist Italian bike experience I could ever hope for. Special thanks goes out to the gentlemen at the best bike store I've ever been to in Canada (and the world for that matter), The 11 Inc. (Toronto). Superb service, build and the best bike fit I've ever had. Gorgeous shop too. Check them out on social media!
Although Heavier than I expected and planned. Was supposed to come in under 15 pounds, however with pedals and complete, came in at 15.12 pounds. Not sure how to drop it much more than this...

Nice color, start a thread in the below section and list all of your parts and the weights of each.

PS - My F8 is 6.3kg (13.9 lbs) and could drop a bit more.
Thx Karl

You could probably get pretty close with a lighter saddle if you find one that’s a good fit for your rear end. Berk, perhaps? Probably 75g lighter than what you have.Although Heavier than I expected and planned. Was supposed to come in under 15 pounds, however with pedals and complete, came in at 15.12 pounds. Lighter bar and saddle should easily get you lower. 11inc do some clean builds

This one looks better. Mid deep wheels and no (or very very low stack of spacers).
I just can't stand a high row of spacers and low depth rims isn't doing any favour for looks.
Bikes:
Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)
Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

Thanks. The plan is to add a set of Boras or better... I like the way it fits currently, no interest is slamming my stem but I'll keep that in mind.

I mostly ment those guys ridinga full row of spacers (30-40mm) underneath. That looks hideous. Personally i'd picked a bike that fit me instead of such a setup.
