Prestine 1859 headset bearings ... lighter option?

Is there something like FSA Lightweight bearings to fit instead od Prestine 1859 bearings? Or, some other solution to drop approx. 20g and in FSA price range?

but I'm not sure will it fit.

Diameter of upper bering is 47mm while Pristine is 46,9mm. Is 0,1mm a problem? Also, there is no stated thickness (Prestine is 7mm and 8mm respectively).
And is also says "Campagnolo", while I dont have no signs of Campagnolo on my bike

Campagnolo means 45x45 angle.

In fact, I know very little about headsets, I always (well, that really only means once I needed a replacement on my last bike, some 8-9 years ago) left the guy at LBS to think about it. But he's not into WW, so ...

Is there someone with good knowledge of that Pristine headset and would that two Cane Creek bearings (second link in first post) are proper replacement?
