The saddle rail clamp bolts are M6x1.0 x ~40mm. The seatpost wedge grub screws are M6x1.0 x 15mm.

I've recently stripped the rear barrel nut on my clamp bolt and the replacement isn't as easy to find as you would expect.

Anyone know if I could interchange the m5 version instead? They seem more available online.

There are many m6 ones listed on EBay. I recently changed one on my giant tcr.

Could you share some links? I was looking for something that would ship relatively quickly to get me back on the bike but can only see a US based one.

I take it you are in the UK ? I am buying stuff from aliexpress and find it reaches me in about a week. If you could measure the diameter and length of the old one I might be able to help you out.

yeah, UK based. that would be great!

I just took a measure, not sure if i'm doing it correctly, but the entire length of the bolt if 45mm. To me diameter of the bolt looks between 5 and 6mm, i can't say for sure, i just assumed it was the M6 from the post above. the barrel nut is about 9mm wide and 5mm high.

I did order an M6 version from amazon hoping that would work and i can just replace out the whole part. I'll see how that goes as it's arriving today.

Would be interested in this - I partially stripped the same one! I'd take a few extra grams for something that isnt made out of cheese...
