Hello everyone

i'm about to mount a THM Clavicula Classic crank on my BB86 frame, i have bought a pair of Rotor 4130 bearings, but it seems that the flance is too large on those bearings compared to the THM BB, has anyone tried this combo before, or do i need the THM speficik bottom bracket.

Thanks.

I dont know if the classic is like the current SE model... but there is a taper to the NDS portion..which makes the shaft too thin on the BB. The SE version has this little plastic shim to make up for it. I use the THM BB w/shim, but have used the Easton 30mm BB and with the shim it was fine.

i don't think there is a plastic shim on the classic, i can't see any in the manual, it's more if the width is too much, because it seems that the THM BB, is a bit narrower.

I can tell you that it won’t fit, the axle isn’t long enough for those bearings, you need the original THM bottom bracket
