Maybe someone has machined one already and would be willing to sell them. The bike should be popular enough to find a few people who would want one.

Team CCC who are riding Giant bikes are not using direct mount hangers.

The stock hanger is the RE2660 / RE266.

What are the benefits of the direct mount hanger, besides aesthetics and some grammes of weight savings?

Is the quality of Sigeyi ok?

Standard Mount vs. Direct Mount Derailleur Hangers

For those with road disk brake frames with thru-axles that are using Shimano DA R9100/R8000/R7000 rear derailleurs (or XTR/XT 9000/M9100), the stock b-link is not long enough which can make removing/installing the rear wheel problematic on some bikes. In my case, I swapped out the stock b-link on my R9050 rear derailleur with a Wolftooth Roadlink DM which solves the problem but would certainly welcome an actual direct mount derailleur hanger.
