Highly dependent on your head, back and shoulder position. The Vanquish tests on average, pretty fast, but not as fast as the Evade II or old Ballista, and specific watt values aren’t useful on an individual basis.

So 14 seconds over 100 miles @ 25mph (how many people are doing that?) better than the leading competitor, which is most likely the Evade. No one will notice any difference between those helmets, so just pick the one that fits you better and you think looks better.

It’s still a difference, and an even bigger difference behind the 2nd place helmet.
I didn’t quite do 100mi @ 25mph last Saturday, but the dynamics of the race didn’t call for it. I ended up doing 24.7mph for 70mi. Luckily Giro and Specialized fit me pretty well!

I think the chance of the Eclipse testing 4 watts faster than the Evade in a test identical to this is practically nil.

Going 25mph in a group means the wind speed hitting your helmet is far lower, though

I bridged up to a guy who attacked at mile 4. Another guy bridged to us and we spent 1.5 hours as a 3-man break. Eventually we got caught by an 8-man chase and it became dysfunctional/attacky. I spent a total of about 10 minutes out of 2h50m in a big pack. This was in 40+ 123. The P12s went >25mph for 95mi, but their race stayed together until the last few miles.

Helmets wind tunnel test are probably the less representative of all the tests and to be taken with a lot of caution.
By nature its position on the head vary from person to person, the multiple positions head tilts we have during a ride makes wind tunnel test extremely unrepresentative for road riding. As illustration, The two tests above show different rankings…
I know Abus did design their gamechanger taking into account different head position (looking down, sprinting…) versus a theoretical best in « lab conditions on a mannequin ».

Calculating 100 miles at 25mph is a way of inflating power and time (which is of course a way to get a communicable savings number) - the rule of thumb is that 10W gives a second per km which with napkin math would mean that we're talking about one watt saved with the Eclipse over the non-disclosed competitor (in this specific 80/20% test).

So I got the new Rudy Project Nytron, and I'm very happy with it. Fit is pretty much perfect. I have a feeling this is a fast helmet. They certainly got it right with the Wing. It seems to be the fastest out there for TT helmets. I'm hoping Swisside have done a good job on this one.

There is no "fastest TT helmet". It's far too individual.
The fastest helmet on me was a POC tempor. But after altering my position, the Giro Aerohead Ultimate Test slightly faster.
Cervelo P5 Disc (2021) 9.1kg
Factor Ostro Gravel (2023) 8.0kg
S-Works SL8 (2023) 6.3kg
*weights are race ready, size 58/L.
Sold: Venge, S5 Disc, Roubaix Team, Open WI.DE, Émonda, Shiv TT, Crux, Aethos, SL7

I remember a thread on Slowtwitch where someone posted some tests which showed the Wing performed the best along with another one. It was also percieved to be the most comfortable. But yeah of course it's individual with any helmet, and more so with TT helmets.
Just saying that RP seem to be doing things right, which leads me to have high hopes for the Nytron. Again, personally fit is amazing. Which I can't say for many other helmets.

How do you find the ventilation on the RP. I'm having a hard time deciding between the Evade, Nytron and Poc's Ventral. Evade would probably be perfectly fine for my needs but I prefer something that's not so common.

I ride in Sweden and have only used it in 5-10C so far. So I can't really say how it will be when it gets hotter. Comparing to Aro5 which I used to wear as at this time of the year, it seems a bit better.
Nytron is the way to go though if you want something different. Evade and Poc Ventral are very common.
