Can anyone tell me if the Ultegra hydro brake lines are the same weight as Dura-Ace? Obviously I have Dura-Ace bike and want to swap it onto the Ultegra bike. I’ll change just the Caliper and shifters and leave the lines internally routed to save mucking about.

Can this be done?

They're SM-BH90, so should be the same.
