Received the headset conversion from INN. Looks really well made.

Progress today - took the old headset cups out.

Internal wires are done. I use speaker wires soldered to di2 connectors. I'll try to install the internal battery behind rear wheel.

Damn that’s a big hole. Did you do that or was that there to begin with?

Also have you tried internal routing?

I did that. I want to be able to put the internal Di2 battery in there. I will dremel it to make better edges.

It's almost all internal. Around the BB is still something I need to find out how to do that properly. It now comes out of the frame just before the BB and then enter again in the BB.

I do have an issue pressing it in. So I ordered a BB press. I used a DIY thing for previous pressfit tasks.

She made her first meters. Battery still strapped to the bottle cage so not pictures just yet. Also want to get the position right first.
