I just mounted my new ee brake (regular mount) on the fork without any cables and I noticed that the rear of the brake pads are touching the fork blades. Will this change when I put in the cable and position the brake shoes properly? I'm a little bit concerned that the shoes might come contact with the fork blades anyway.

Is this rare? What kind of spacers I should use to push the brake a bit further away from the fork? Can use the extra ones for the brake shoes? They seem to be fitting nicely.

I think i added one additional washer to mine to clear the front from the fork. I used a washer from the ultegra brakes i removed.
