Looks good but I can't get over a high end shoe with Velcro anywhere.

I don't like the velcro either. Just adds weight for no reason. In general I am not that convinced by their new shoes and I am a Sidi fan. I would expect an updated, easier to use tecno rotor.

The Shot doesn’t use it, the Wire doesn’t use it....
I agree that Velcro is a crap solution, but it is used as a closure mechanism that doesn’t add much weight..... I think this anniversary model
Is trying to be light.....maybe a new direction for Sidi?
I don't mind velcro, but I don't get why so many shoe companies add a strap of any kind in this tertiary position. Most of the time you could just cut the thing off and not notice a bit of difference in fit or security

Not a fan of a dial down the centre of the foot.
Less comfy.
