The Venge is not longer. Same exact geo as the Tarmac, considering that the non-optional taller headset top cap offsets the 1 or 2 mm difference in head tube length, stack and reach.Miles253 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2019 9:26 pmHi All,
I had a really good bike fit today. I've been advised to stick to the 58cm, due to reach being my limiting factor. Hence I'm guessing the difference between the two frames become more apparent again.
Still, as reach is my kryptonite, the Venge is that much longer, I think I'm going Tarmac

So you're saying that that headset spacer, closes the gap between 10mm of stack and 3mm of reach?Bordcla wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2019 3:57 pmThe Venge is not longer. I am a little over 5’10,” but have long legs for my height. When I get measured using the “cheap” retul, taking measurement only from the hip down, I am told I should ride a 56. Have had a complete (retul) bike fit, and the 54 is dead on.
That was precisely my issue, I'm 192cm but inseam is 94.5! So I'll be looking at a super short front end to try and solve my issues. Assuming that everything that came out of my bike fit was correctLBoogie28 wrote:I am a little over 5’10,” but have long legs for my height.
