Good evening,
Has anyone else had problems getting their rim brake calipers to close at the same time? It seems that when trying to adjust that the caliper away from the cable side closes first followed by the cable side... meaning the gaps between the rim and the pads is different. Is this normal? When I give them even spaces the same occurs, meaning I have to run the pad on the cable side closer to the rim to allow for both pads to contact at the same time.
I hope this makes sense.
Any tips to get these barkes right would be great.

It's a "floating" design, meaning the small adjustment bolts on the caliper's sides can be used to fine tune the caliper spring's pressure on either side. However, in most cases that adjustment gets overpowered by a slightly too long or short cable housing, which pushes the whole caliper to one side after actuation.

When the caliper is in "balance", I would first try to fine tune it by turning the attachment nut with a 13mm spanner. When that is done, those small adjustment bolts can be used for very fine tuning.

Red rim brake has been known for being awfully hard to center perfectly. I suggest you should use Shimano (don't listen to the pull ratio difference nonsense) for far much easier installation or EE if you look for something light yet still good.

Are you experiencing problems with rear caliper? Housing length is crucial, I've managed to make it almost perfect. Try to start with longer housing and cut it in small increments until both pads move simultaneously.

It appears that too long/short housing tilts caliper in either direction. I've also tried KCNC housing that is a bit more flexible than Jagwire and think it also helped

Dump the aerolink brakes and get some Dura Ace 9000. They are so much better with eTap shifters.

Red blows... EE is better .. if rather use heavier DA then Red .... seriously

EE doesn't move, easy to adjust pads if different wheels tend to be slighly off from one another.
Braking is so good you will not complain. Better than the light weight carbon brakes.
There is really nothing to complain of. I love the looks of them to (many don't).
I use regular mount. If needed, all parts are available as spare.
I updated mine from G2 to G 3.5.
Why?
Because i could :mrgreen:

I also have Easton Aero 55, the brake track is well over 27mm and there is still room for wider rims.
No clearance issues for larger sized tires
