That's a colorway which I wouldn't mind at all if it added some weight on the frame. Amazing.

Couldn’t agree more. Looks amazing. I’m so tired of black. Gimme some color like this!

Rich, did you get a chance to throw that on a scale? #WeightWeenies4Evar
I didn't get to throw this 56 on the scale, but today, I photographed a 58 Sworks Tarmac in the bare carbon black on black and the other colorway option for the Expert, which is a smoke grey with fluro yellow lettering. The 58 Expert was 17 pounds, 2oz. or 7.7kg. The S-Works was 15 pounds or 6.8kg.
wow, a full kg lighter?

Hi,

I hoped the 2020 Tarmac Disc Expert would come with Di2. In reference to several posts here and other websites it comes with Di2. But has anything else changed comparing the 2019 vs 2020 models? The Euro prices have been raised from 4.599 to 5.999. But if I check the data it seems they only replaced ultegra mechanical to ultegra Di2. In this case, doesnt it make more sense to look for a good priced 2019 and upgrade it to Di2 by oneself (ok, the new satin black-chameleon-gloss is nice, but worth it?!)?

If nothing else is upgraded it would make more sense to upgrade to di2 by yourself if you can do that. If you really want the new paintjob and are willing to pay the price, then you should go for the new one. You decide for yourself if the paintjob is worth it.

Oooh. I really want an SL6 now. Looks a good mix of light, aero and nice aesthetics. If only they weren't so damn expensive!

The Tarmac Sport Disc isn't that expensive (compared to the other models). The paintjobs are nothing special but the reviews are pretty good. To be fair though 2500€ can still be considered expensive.

I find the choices quite limited. I want a long stem and narrow bars. Is a 13cm (-17°)/36cm available with many/any of the current crop? In reality I'd need an even longer stem when you account for my bar being an Aeronova.

If you can find what you like then all good, but I prefer the freedom to mix and match. If I lose 1W not having a combo, I make it up being able to properly tailor my fit.

BMC makes integrated cockpits with pretty long stems from what I've heard. You probably need to know a BMC dealer to get one though and i don't know if they do 36 cm bars.

What's wrong with colors like red, or blue, or black, or grey?
What's going on in a marketing department when they invent color names like 'Gloss Cast Berry Cast/Metallic Crimson/Dove Grey'?

Have to agree with you on naming; sometimes as a dealer we get early notice of new SKUs and all it has is the frame colour wording but no images. Its not until the bike is publicly launched do I have an idea of what it actually looks like !!
Ps type in Dove grey to google images and you get some wildly different hues...
