Real-world experience: '15+ Chorus RD small cage chain capacity?

currently running 34/50 - 11/28
would like to go up to 11/30
there does seem to be a bit more extension available in the cage, when in 50-28 combo
but i am VERY meticulous about not cross-chaining into the inner- and outer 2 sprockets
just to clarify, i'm using shimano/sram cassettes

I ran a 12-32 centaur cassette before without problems, 50-34 up front..
